machine, if you intend to be out of the house or on the docks.

Food/Meals:

If you desire to eat in and purchase food, there is a
Price Chopper open 24 hours a day.

There may be some condiments left over from the previous
tenants (like salt, pepper, and sugar).

You are responsible for your own food items.
-
Please wash all dishes and throw away any trash before your
departure.

Please use coasters under drink glasses and clean spills immediately to avoid staining of granite counters.

Please secure all trash in cans, as raccoons and crows will be attracted.

Linens/Towels & Blankets:

There are linens, towels and blankets at Sunburst.
-
During your stay you will need to wash the linens and towels
as needed, using the washer and dryer behind the kitchen.

Toiletries/Cleaning:
-
You will need to bring toilet paper, facial tissue and paper
towels, other household cleaning items for washing the dishes, etc.
|
Lounge Chairs:
-
There are only 8 ADK chairs available for use by guests.
If you like to sun, you may desire to bring some bring some extra lounge
chairs.

Bar-B-Q:
-
We have a gas grill but we request that tenants please clean
it after use.

Tenants' responsibility to refill gas.
|
Canoe:
-
We have a canoe & 2 kayaks available for guests. After use we
would appreciate your turning them over on the beach so that the sun
and water will not effect the gunnels. Also we request that you store
the paddles inside the hall closet.

Sailing:
-
Please note that if you are sailing or wind-surfing in Mirror
Lake, the shoreline in many places is very shallow.
-
It is best to keep at least 20 yards away from shore in order
to avoid the centerboard hitting rocks.

Cable TV:
-
There is a cable T.V. and DVD in the family room with a remote.
|
Repairs:
-
All items in the house are in good working order; however,
if a repair is needed please call Kevin Maloney at (518) 418-9031 or Tom Maisano at (518) 637-5183.

Pets:
-
We would appreciate it if our guests do not bring pets, without
permission.

While in the house pets should be kept on tile floor.

Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
|
Internet:
-
There is no Sunburst wireless or cable internet service.
-
Guests may be able to access Wi-Fi from area hotels or bring their own wireless access, like Verizon.
|
Trash:
- If you have a large group and eat many meals at Sunburst, the trash containers may need to be emptied. The village operates a dump near the airport, where garbage can be emptied for a small fee except on Sundays.
